Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that there is no question of negotiations with Russia on the agenda.
"Everyone understands that Moscow does not need them, Russia wants to go to war. "Kyiv cannot agree to negotiations as long as Russian troops are in our territory," the diplomat said.
Kuleba also commented on the news that autumn will not be an easy period for Ukraine. "First, the counterattack. In cold, rainy weather, it is more difficult to move on the battlefield. Second, the upcoming presidential elections in the USA. Also, the elections in Poland, Slovakia and relations with a number of European countries," Kuleba said, adding that in the near future, the Russian side may attack Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
According to the minister, problems may also arise in connection with new military supplies. However, Kuleba noted that he spoke with the US Secretary of State, and the latter assured that diplomatic, military and financial support to Ukraine will continue.
