The Russian President's assistant Yuri Ushakov said that Russia will continue contacts with Armenia, Putin and Pashinyan have issues to discuss.
He said there were "some meaningful moments" during the two leaders' recent talks.
"They could have met at the CIS summit in Bishkek if Pashinyan had come in person. Putin will hold talks with President Ilham Aliyev and discuss the issues of the presence of Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh and peaceful integration of Armenians," said Ushakov.
