Azerbaijan's human rights defender received former Nagorno-Karabakh Foreign Minister David Babayan within the framework of his visits.
According to Azerbaijani media, the visit took place on October 3. It is reported that the ombudsman heard David Babayan individually, the conditions of his detention and treatment were studied. According to sources, Babayan was provided with a lawyer.
