European Commissioner for Crisis Management Janez Lenarčič, who is responsible for European civil protection and humanitarian aid, will arrive in Armenia on October 6.
In Yerevan, Lenarčič will meet with high-ranking representatives of Armenia and visit places where forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh have found refuge.
