Bulgarian member of the European Parliament Andrey Kovatchev called on the EU to support the democratic authorities of Armenia in his X microblog.
"Nagorno-Karabakh shows that Moscow has lost control of its near abroad. The EU must seize the opportunity and provide Armenia with an ambitious plan for cooperation. We owe strong support to their democratically elected authorities and ambition to reduce dependency on Russia," Kovatchev stated.
