Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian foreign ministry, said that Moscow has information that some of the Armenian residents of Nagorno-Karabakh who have left are planning to return.
Zakharova assured that Moscow will assist this process.
"We are receiving information that some of the residents of Karabakh are thinking about returning. As they word it: if conditions are created for it and their safety is ensured," she noted.
According to Zakharova, in this case, Russia "will provide assist to these processes—through contacts with the Azerbaijani side."
