Russia has not respected its obligations under the 2020 agreement. French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna expressed such a point of view at a meeting with journalists in Yerevan.
"The Russian Federation should have ensured that it was possible to get a political solution, to solve the existing issues between Azerbaijan and Armenia, that was its obligation, it has not fulfilled its obligation," she said.
