The person who carried out an armed attack on Azerbaijan's embassy in Tehran has been sentenced to capital punishment.
It has been reported that the verdict regarding Yasin Huseynzade has been confirmed by Iran's Supreme Court.
As a result of the armed attack on Azerbaijan's embassy in Tehran on January 27, one person was killed and two others were injured. On January 29, a total of 53 embassy staff and their family members were evacuated to Baku.
