The investigation in the criminal case against Nagorno-Karabakh resident Vagif Khachatryan has been completed and the case has been sent to the Baku military court.
Khachatryan was literally abducted by the Azerbaijanis from the hands of the Red Cross at the Lachin corridor.
Vagif Khachatryan, as a participant in the first Nagorno-Karabakh war in the early 1990s, has been charged with a number of heavy articles under the Azerbaijan Criminal Code: genocide, and deportation of people.
