X (former Twitter) microblog, adding that Azerbaijan promised to open the door to Nagorno-Karabakh in front of the international community.
“It's just the beginning. Together with our partners, we are committed to the implementation of the international observation mission in Nagorno-Karabakh," said Baerbock.
