In an interview with Table.Media, Robin Wagener, coordinator of cooperation with the South Caucasus at the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, did not rule out that almost all residents of Nagorno-Karabakh may leave the region, fleeing the consequences of Azerbaijan's military operation.
"For several days now, convoys of cars with tens of thousands of people have been moving along the road from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia. It is possible that the vast majority of residents will join them in the coming days, which is why Nagorno-Karabakh can be almost depopulated," the diplomat said.
