The State Border Service of Azerbaijan has confirmed the news about the arrest and detention of Levon Mnatsakanyan, the former commander of the Nagorno-Karabakh Armed Forces, at the Lachin checkpoint. "Detained Levon Mnatsakanyan was transferred to Baku," the message states.
In 2015-2018, Mnatsakanyan held the position of the commander of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army and the Minister of Defense.
