According to the Azerbaijani media, the representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan are having a regular meeting in Yevlakh.
The Azerbaijani side is represented by Ramin Mammadov, who was appointed by Ilham Aliyev as the person in charge of relations with Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Nagorno-Karabakh is represented by Davit Melkumyan and Sergey Martirosyan.
