Two Azerbaijani servicemen have fired on the 13th century Charektar Monastery in Nagorno-Karabakh. This can be seen in a video shared by the Caucasus Heritage Watch organization on
X (formerly Twitter).
It is clear from the video that they are shooting at this Armenian monastery even from an armored vehicle.
“Such attacks are in direct violation of the ICJ’s [(International Court of Justice)] provisional measure concerning Armenian cultural heritage and must be investigated and prosecuted,” the Caucasus Heritage Watch added.
