As long as our compatriots in Nagorno-Karabakh have not completely moved to the Republic of Armenia, the Nagorno-Karabakh National Emergency Service urges not to burn apartments, shops and other important objects.
"It is important to show responsibility and observe safety rules during this hard and difficult period," the message says.
