Josep Borrell, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, referred to the tragic explosion in Stepanakert, Nagorno-Karabakh, which took at least seven lives and wounded 290.
“Our thoughts are with the victims of yesterday’s tragic gas explosion in Stepanakert/Khankendi and their loved ones. There is an urgent need for unimpeded international humanitarian access to Nagorno-Karabakh. EU announced additional assistance and ready to do more”, Borrell said in a post on his X account.
