Today, the regular meeting of representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan took place in Ivanyan. The Nagorno-Karabakh delegation included acting Secretary of the Security Council Sergey Martirosyan and Deputy of the Democratic faction of the Artsakh Parliament Davit Melkumyan.
The first meeting took place on September 21 in the Azerbaijani city of Yevlakh. After that meeting, NK InfoCenter reported that it was held in a practical atmosphere, a number of issues of mutual importance were discussed.
