The office of the President of Azerbaijan informed that a working group was created by order of Ilham Aliyev, which should deal with social, humanitarian, economic and infrastructure problems in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The working group will be headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Shahin Mustafayev.
