The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia emphasized that violating the norms of international law and obligations under the Statement of November 9, 2020, Azerbaijan is pursuing the aim of subjecting the 120,000 people of Nagorno-Karabakh to ethnic cleansing.
The Foreign Minister emphasized that civilized Europe could not tolerate another mass atrocity crime in front of the eyes of the international community, reaffirming the imperative to deter Azerbaijan's aspirations to solve problems through the use of force and to address security issues and the rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
