Edmon Marukyan, Armenia's Ambassador-at-Large, published a photo on his
X (former Twitter) and wrote:
"A photo of thousands of Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh displaced from their ancestral homes as a result of Azerbaijani military aggression. They have no real chance to return to their homes but Azerbaijan continues to deceive the international community. Urgent actions needed by the International Community," Marukyan tweeted mentioning the US President Biden, US State Secretary Blinken, French President Emmanuel Macron, President of the European Council Charles Michel and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.
