Since the conclusion of the agreement on the cessation of hostilities, two violations of the ceasefire have been recorded in Askeran region. There are no casualties or injuries. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense in its daily bulletin.

Having fulfilled the agreements reached regarding the cessation of hostilities, under the supervision of Russian peacekeepers, the armed formations of Karabakh have started handing over weapons and military equipment. As of September 22, six units of armored vehicles, more than 800 units of artillery and anti-tank weapons, and about 5,000 ammunitions were handed over.
Russian peacekeepers ensured the delivery of humanitarian goods to the civilian population of Karabakh through the Lachin corridor and the Aghdam road. In total, more than 50 tons of food were delivered," the message states.
