At the end of the meeting held in Yevlakh, the representative of Nagorno-Karabakh announced that there is no final agreement with Baku, the details must be agreed upon, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the agency, the representative of Azerbaijan stated that the ongoing negotiations may lead to the conclusion of a peace agreement that will end the conflict.
Elchin Amirbekov told Sky News Arabia it is difficult to expect to solve all problems during one meeting.
"I think that today's negotiations are the first of many expected meetings in Yevlakh. No need to expect that all problems between Karabakh Armenians and Azerbaijan will be solved during one meeting", Amirbekov noted, adding that the future fate of Nagorno Karabakh Armenians is an internal matter of Azerbaijan.
