Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention issued a statement on the latest developments in Nagorno-Karabakh.

On Thursday, September 21, #Russia will oversee “reintegration talks” between Azerbaijan and Artsakh authorities in the Azerbaijani city of Yevlax.
The Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention once again decries Azerbaijan’s impunity and implores world leaders to act to protect the Artsakh Armenian identity from destruction within a state that is governed by genocidal Armenophobia”, the Institutes said in a statement on its X account.
