The meeting of representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan ended in Yevlakh. The Nagorno-Karabakh delegation included acting Secretary of the Council of Ministers Sergey Martirosyan and deputy of the "Democratic Party of Artsakh" faction Davit Melkumyan. The Azerbaijani side was represented by MP Ramin Mammadov, who was appointed by Ilham Aliyev as the in charge of relations with the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The delegation included the deputy special representative of the President of Azerbaijan Bashir Hajiyev and the employee of the special representation Ilqin Sultanov. The Nagorno-Karabakh delegation arrived in Yevlakh accompanied by the Russian peacekeepers, there was also a representative from the troops during the negotiations.
