The staff of the President of Nagorno-Karabakh presented the proposals of the Russian side, according to which:
"The issues raised by the Azerbaijani side regarding the reintegration, rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as ensuring the livelihood of the population of Nagorno-Karabakh within the framework of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the agreement reached, will be discussed during the meeting between the representatives of the local Armenian population and the central authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which will take place in the city of Yevlakh on September 21, 2023 and during subsequent meetings."
Earlier, it became known that an agreement was reached on September 20, 2023, from 13:00, with the mediation of the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh, regarding the complete cessation of military operations.
