Foreign Minister of the Netherlands Hanke Bruins Slot made a post on X:
“Extremely alarming reports about Azerbaijani attacks in Nagorno-Karabakh. This will only cause more suffering among civilians. The Netherlands calls for an immediate end to this military action, and the resumption of constructive dialogue with Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians. The Netherlands is closely monitoring the situation. We are discussing options to prevent further escalation with fellow EU member states”.
