The Azerbaijani Armed Forces, along with spreading misinformation for weeks, were carrying out movements and build-ups of military equipment and personnel along the contact line, as evidenced by an undeniable video the Defense Army presented as early as September 5. This was reported by the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense.
"Such videos were also spread on Azerbaijani social networks. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, by spreading false messages on a daily basis about the violation of the ceasefire, the implementation of fortification and engineering works, the disruption of the work of the GPS positioning system of civil aircraft, prepared an information base in the propaganda field in order to start a large-scale military aggression against the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)," reports the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense.
