With the mediation of the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh, an agreement was reached regarding the complete cessation of military operations on September 20, 2023, from 13:00.
The President's staff presented the proposals of the Russian side:
“On the withdrawal of the remaining units and servicemen of the Armenian armed forces from the deployment zone of the Russian peacekeeping troops and the dissolution and complete disarmament of the armed formations of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army, as well as the withdrawal of heavy equipment and weapons from the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, in order to destroy them as soon as possible.”
