Azerbaijan recognizes the territorial integrity of Armenia, Ilham Aliyev stated in his message. Addressing the aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh, Aliyev stated that if they did not lay down their weapons in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan would "go all the way".
The President of Azerbaijan noted that the Azerbaijani side also has victims and wounded. According to him, the process of handing over military equipment and weapons in Nagorno-Karabakh has already started. Aliyev noted that at the meeting to be held tomorrow in Yevlakh, Azerbaijan will convey its views on reintegration to representatives of the Armenian side, and all the rights of Karabakh Armenians will be ensured.
According to Aliyev, they have never blamed the Armenian people, they only blamed the leaders and they are going to hold them accountable.
