The Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasian Affairs met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. Yuri Kim wrote about this in her X microblog.
"Today I met with Jeyhun Bayramov and repeated the call of the USA to immediately stop Azerbaijan's military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh. Direct dialogue is the only way to resolve disputes."
