The Nagorno-Karabakh InfoCenter informs that the NK Civil Defense Headquarters is taking steps to provide accommodation and food to several thousand evacuated residents of the communities that came under the control of the Azerbaijani armed forces as a result of the military aggression.
"Primary assistance is provided to the most vulnerable groups and citizens who do not have the opportunity to stay in Stepanakert.
