The National Security Service of Nagorno-Karabakh, pursuing the implementation of the functions and powers assigned to it by the legislation, informs that the special services of Azerbaijan are sending SMS messages to citizens on behalf of the officials of Nagorno-Karabakh.
"The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) calls upon receiving such messages not to respond and not to panic. In case of receiving suspicious messages or calls, immediately contact the National Security Service of Artsakh or call the hotline numbers: 047-94-41-26 and 41-26," said the message issued by the National Security Service.
