According to the information received from the Stepanakert’s morgue by the Office of the Human Rights Defeder, as of 22:30, there are 27 victims as a result of the continuous full-fledged terroristic attack by Azerbaijan, among whom 2 are civilians. The number of injured exceeds 200 people at this point.
According to Nagorno-Karabakh's Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan, the numbers do not include the medical institutions of Askeran and Martuni, as the communication is still not established.
