For now, Azerbaijan is not planning negotiations with the Armenian delegation within the high-level week of the session of the General Assembly, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told RIA Novosti.
"It is not planned at the moment," the Azerbaijani official said, at the same time confirming that he will participate in the session of the UN Security Council on the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh on Thursday.
