Stepanakert Municipality issued a statement:
"Dear citizens of Stepanakert, due to the panic among the population, some families on their own initiative went to the airport (where Russian peacekeepers are stationed in Artsakh (Nagonro-Karabakh)) to evacuate, expecting the support of Russian peacekeepers.
We inform you that there is no need to move at this time, we urge you to observe the safety rules and stay in the shelters.
If evacuation is necessary, Stepanakert Municipality will provide additional information."
