The U.S. Helsinki Commission issued a statement on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
“Today, Azerbaijan launched an offensive against the ethnic Armenian population in Nagorno-Karabakh in contravention of its own ceasefire obligations and the Helsinki principles. These attacks must cease” the Commission said in a post on X.
