Catherine Colonna, Foreign Minister of France, referred to the humanitarian cargo, which reached the starving people of Nagorno-Karabkh through Lachin corridor and Aghdam-Stepanakert road simultaneously.
“Two humanitarian convoys are reached Nagorno-Karabakh through the points of Lachin and Agdam: this must be a first step towards unconditional and unhindered humanitarian access in accordance with international law and the order of the international Court of Justice”, Colonna said in an X (formerly Twitter) post.
