Former State Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Artak Beglaryan referred to the ongoing situation in NK.
“My rough and unofficial assessment shows that over 4,000 people of Artsakh have been evacuated from their communities due to Azerbaijani genocidal aggression.
Six communities have been fully evacuated, while others have been partially evacuated. The number is increasing”, Beglaryan said in a post on X.
