Congressman Brad Sherman referred to the aggression and casualties in Nagorno-Karabakh.
“I strongly condemn Azerbaijan’s horrific bombing of civilian areas in Artsakh and am horrified to learn that a number of children have been killed and injured in the attack.
This attack, combined with the ongoing blockade, make it clear – Azerbaijan cannot receive U.S. military aid until it ends the crisis it has created in Artsakh”, Sherman said in a Facebook post.
