Gegham Stepanyan, Nagorno-Karabakh Ombudsperson, presented latest update on the situation on the ground.
“There are multiple casualties and injuries among civilians including children. According to the data collected at this moment there are at least two causalities including one child and 11 injuries including eight children caused by Azerbaijan’s attacks” Stepanyan said in his X account.
