The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that, allegedly, on September 16, around 13:00, the Defense Army's units carried out fortification works in the Askeran region, Nagorno-Karabakh, which were allegedly stopped as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani units, is another disinformation.
This was reported by the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense.
