The statement disseminated by the MoD of Azerbaijan that on September 15, from 9:15 p.m. to 10:05 p.m., the Armenian Armed Forces units allegedly opened fire toward the Azerbaijani combat outposts in the eastern part of the border, does not correspond to reality, Armenia's Defense Ministry reports.
