The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on September 15, around 09:30, the Defense Army units carried out fortification works in the Askeran region, which were allegedly stopped as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani units, is another disinformation. This was reported by the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense.
