The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on September 14, between 19:05 and 19:25, the Defense Army's units carried out fortification works in the Askeran region, which were allegedly stopped as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani units, is another disinformation. This was reported by the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army.
