Reuters. South Korea's unification minister in charge of relations with the North said on Thursday (September 14) that the government has concerns over military cooperation between North Korea and Russia.
"I can’t help but worry deeply about military cooperation and arms trade (between North Korea and Russia),” Unification Minister Kim Yong-ho said at a news conference with local journalists in Seoul.
Kim's remarks came a day after North Korean leader Kim Jong Un met with President Vladimir Putin in Russia's Far East.
The two leaders discussed military matters, the war in Ukraine and possible Russian help for the North's satellite program.
