During the briefing held within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, also spoke about the Russian humanitarian aid delivered to Stepanakert.
"We saw not only various difficulties with its delivery, but also how a number of unscrupulous persons tried to devalue the Russian investment. Such statements are beyond the limits of morality. Russian peacekeepers brought the aid to a safe place and handed it over to the population. All issues were agreed with the parties," said Zakharova.
According to her, 15 tons of food, hygienic and children's accessories were transferred to Nagorno-Karabakh. "The content of the humanitarian cargo was agreed with the representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh," Zakharova emphasized.
