On September 13 President of Nagorno-Karabakh Samvel Shahramanyan visited the National Security Service, met with the leadership and officials of the central office, Chief Information Department of the Office of the President of Nagonro-Karabakh reports.
"The Head of the State touched upon the external and internal challenges of the Republic and possible developments.
President Shahramanyan emphasized that in this responsible period it is necessary to carry out systematic work, effectively facing external challenges, maintaining internal stability and the rule of law in the country," the statement reads.
