Build-ups at the border indicate the continuation of Azerbaijan's aggressive policy, non-fulfillment of assumed obligations and another attempt to resolve issues by force, and this should be treated seriously and carefully. Sargis Khandanyan, deputy of the 'Civil Contract' faction, said this during a briefing with journalists in the Parliament, referring to the border build-ups.
"You know that many international contacts have taken place during this period in order to increase the pressure on Azerbaijan and not to try to solve any issue by force," he said.
