The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan as if on September 4, at around 9:50 a.m., the units of the Armenian Armed Forces discharged fire against the Azerbaijani combat outposts located in the southwestern part of the frontier zone, does not correspond to reality, Armenia's Defense Ministry reports.
