The Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Education and Culture informs that on September 4 and 5, educational process will not be carried out in 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 primary schools of Stepanakert due to the process of obtaining coupons for the sale of bread.
In other schools, classes will be held as usual.
